Newark used to be the car capitol of the world in the 90s. It has declined much though but still a shady spot.

As for all roads lead to Newark, many major NJ highways pass through it. I-78, GardenStateParkway, New Jersey Turnpike(I-95), I-280, McCarter Highway (Route 21), Route 1, Route 22,

Ya'all are paranoid. What does the questions I asked have to do with anything about anyone wanting to steal them or not. I'm simply asking this question because I know there's a lot of thieves here in california and I don't think I have to worry about my seats getting stolen as much as the black or red seats because TAN = UNWANTED INTERIOR COLOR. I just wanted to clarify this. I also wanted to let people see what seats are actually stolen more because then they can take extra precaution to protect their seats with the seat lock bolt or whatever you want to do to protect them.

If I were to get my seats stolen I would want the thieves to rip my top and take my seats instead of just breaking into the car and taking my seats. If i'm gonna pay a $500 deductable, I'm gonna get seats and a new top out of it at least.

I just wanted to take a quick poll to see which s2k seats are stolen the most and where.
Black seats are obviously the most stolen, since there are so many more black ones available, compared to other colors.

More seats are stolen in South Florida than anywhere else in the country. If you are asking about California, the thefts aren't concentrated in any one area.

I don't think people who have had their seats stolen will be posting info in your thread.

[QUOTE=Kyras,Sep 15 2007, 06:48 PM]Why would asking those questions help a potential thief?
