glad they found him.....my RSX was stolen and found also. i KNOW excatly how u feel. its like you zone out and feel like your gonna vomit at first and then it really really hits you the next day. bad memories.....but good luck to you man.

a friend of mines got caught and they car that he bash *windows* they made him pay for all the damages and he had to do community services, 40 hrs i tihnk.

i would take legal action against him. maybe you can get more for the stress and hassle.

or take matters to your own hand eye for an eye

OK so..I woke up at 5 to head out to the Palmdale Police Station. They lead to a place with a BUNCHA PARTS!!!!!! about 30 intakes, buncha cf fenders, one nasty M3 blue integra body kit, buncha seats (stock), and one random BIG turbo, and buncha other crap. Nothing of mine.. They told me that the guys car is in the impound lot and it has wheels like mine were on it..So hopefully they are mine. I didn't find my visors, shift knob, xbrace, or wheels.. I asked the detective IF i could sue him and he said i could but, the guy live in palmdale, rents the place, and has nothing to really offer me, financialy. SO i deciding against it and just leaving it to karma. He is a repeated offender they say, his 3rd of forth time caught for GTA. Telling by the intakes and random stuff they took from his house..He's been busy. He's going to state pen for about @ least 3 years, so in our time that a 1 1/2 year/s. Sucks if you ask me. This asshat is just gonna do it again when he gets out. The Detective is going to give me some hi res pictures of the car in the impound lot..Hopefully its my wheels. On the next civic i get this will be the 1st mod.. Guys keep your cars safe. This is a horrible experince.

i like your conclusion. you have insurance, he has 3 years in hell looking behind his back. seems fair to me.
