From the MinistryWatch crony website:

"The system measures financial efficiency, and that’s all. Anyone who looks at the 5 Star Ratings should know both what they are and what they are not. First of all, let’s talk about what they are not.
The 5 Star Financial Efficiency Ratings do not provide a measure of integrity, stewardship, transparency, program effectiveness, or financial strength. These are noble goals for any ministry, but ..."

Brave? Just as a point of reference, does anyone here recall how much money Chuck gave Greg to get him out of Calvary? I do.
No guesses?

When you become a Harvest Partner with a gift of any amount by any method — check, cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (or EFT), or credit card — you will receive a selection of Harvest resources and benefits at the Citron level that we believe will minister to you.

And if you choose to give an e-gift each month automatically through EFT at the $50, $100, or $250 level, you also become eligble to receive additional resources as a thank you from us at Harvest Ministries.

We make it easy for you to send CASH. Cha-ching! Good lordie, look at their web site--there are more clicks to donate cash than words about religion. VeriSign Approved!!!!!

man, for someone who seems to really dislike Harvest, Greg Laurie and Chris Laurie, you sure devote a lot of time to this.

Actually, I'm a member of Saddleback, FWIW....
I'm also a big fan of Chuck Smith, who is an awesome
teacher.. Maranatha Village FTW (most of you are too
young to know about this...)

If this is not starting fires, you must speak a different language than
I. It's clearly intentionally provocative and an offensive stance;
you claim the church to be basically a thief and a fraud. My response
of you don't know what you're talking about and should shut up, is far
from my blood boiling "at work"(?) or causing me heart attacks. Your
method of discourse seems to be one of attack and assume. Suit
yourself.

Everyone seems quick to rant about random unrelated events and
nobody has responded logically or fairly to any of the claims I've
made. Have fun patting each other on the back and slamming OC's
great Christian leaders rather than showing some respect to a young
mother who lost her husband four months before her second baby
is to be born. Your lack of empathy makes me sad.

I'm done here.

I'm simply thankful that azzclown c. laurie is off the road and no one got hurt in the process. His driving history is public record and speaks for itself. He was a son of privilege and drove like it.

I don't dislike Greg, Creflo, Chuck, or Rick--they are fabulous money-collecting machines--and it makes me a wee bit jealous and wonder why Greg doesn't take personal responsibility for taking care of the son's family.

The way Chris drove, you would hope he had a hefty life insurance policy. Use THAT, don't ask for money from your faithful.
