CHP Exam Score?

CHP Exam Score?
Well I got my letter yesterday from the CHP stating that I passed my exam.
I am kind of confused because instead of a % grade it just showed 59.3. I know they said you need at least a 70% in order to move on to the agility so that is what im a lil confused about.
Can someone who has gone farther in the process please explain what kind of point system they use? Do I need so many points from the exam/agility/poly/interview ect in order to pass? And if so how many points?
Hopefully 59.3 is a decent score and not a mistake LOL

Im trying to find out how many points the exam was worth and how many points total I need to get into the academy

Was reading the CHP forums and I guess its an ok score. There are people that got 65 and 69 and such but alot of people below 55.
I guess as long as I passed thats all that matters. If I can run around the field track 1x and sprint 100yds all in under 2min then I will be ok

I think you need a 70 to go to the physical test. The letter they sent you should state when and where the physical test should be. When I passed my written they sent me a letter saying when the physical test was.
BTW the physical test is pretty easy. You have to run the 200 yard dash in 90 seconds, be able to do at least 5 pull ups, some push ups and sit ups. I think the hardest part was the strength test with the weighted vest. Fun times.

What im trying to figure out is if they have some kind of point system where you need so many points combined in order to be accepted into the academy.

Maybe you did not study enough are just not intelligent which maybe explain your decision to become police officer. HAHA how can someone score low on exam like this??
I just take many police practice exam online to see how it is and I score high and I am foreigner!
If you barely pass this exam I wonder how you do on American medical school or lawyer exam HAHA!
