Only suckas have good credit ratings -- spend & default -- it's the new thing. Everyone is doing it.

A number of years ago, this person I know offered to buy me anything for 25 cents on the dollar, such as a new tv, game console, audio gear, etc. He explained that he would charge it then hand it over to me. He was never planning on paying his credit card debt; he'd just pocket the money and screw the cc company.

Socialism here we come! Everyone is equal, everyone is the same,
there are no winners or losers! If you screw up, don't worry, the government
will save your butt. Work hard, get rich, we'll take 40% of it away to pay
for the other slobs who partied in college while you studied. Hurray!

Don't they teach the grasshopper and the ants story in school anymore?
Oh no, I guess it's politically incorrect to tell kids that they might have to
struggle and work or they'll die in the "winter" when resources are tight.

Stupid lazy brats!!!

This country is proving responsibility is over rated. Be responsible with your money, pay you bills on time and you loose.

And the government and Wall Street have set the fine example.......People are tired of having to be careful while Washington and Wall Street spend like drunken sailors with no consequences.......

this is not good advice for responsible people that plan to buy a house soon.

the risk is not worth the benefit.

I have a solution for that one too.

1) Charge up the CC.
2) Negotiate with the CC for 25 cents on the dollar.
3) No mark on your credit or you don't pay.
4) Use the money for the down payment.

Cha-ching!!!
