CARSON HONDA
I've been having this annoying problem. According to some members on
the forum, my problem seemed to be Axle spindle nut being loose. I am hearing
clunky noise coming from the rear axle section so I've decided to take it to the
dealership.
I chose Carson Honda only cuz it was like half a mile down the road from my
work. I took my car in at 9 in the morning and a initial call back response from
the dealer came at 12 saying they could not locate the problem I've described.
I had to re decribe the problem in full details and added TSB comments to assist
them in fixing my car. 4 o'clock comes around and I getta call from them saying
even their service manager test drove the car and didn't hear any kind of noises.
At that point, I was already pissed I physically went over there to
do a test drive with a master tech to prove it to them. While on the test drive,
I've mentioned about the whole Rear Axle Spindle nut deal and what master tech
said was that this particular problem was already been taken care of by HONDA
as of 2005 model. Couple of minutes into the test drive, master tech and I both
heard "clunk" real obvious, hard to ignore noise that came from the rear. Even
then he tried to ignore the sound and kept on emphasizing that this type of sound
had nothing to do with Axle Nut. He, then tried to convince me that I should drive
the car a bit more until this problem becomes a lot more obvious then what it is
now and bring the car back to him once the problem is manifest. I was like
They sure made me feel like an idiot who was trying to convince them a sound
that didnt exist in their ears... punks !!!
I picked up the car bitter and totally not fixed. On the way back to my work,
even my co-worker heard this freakin noise "clunk"... my coworker was like
"CARSON HONDA" sure made you feel like a dumb moron...

Yeah CARSON HONDA is bad. I went in for an oil change, the free one after you buy your car, and they were like you have to set up an appointment. This was on Saturday morning at 9am and they said they were booked up. There was no one there. WTF???? Needless to say I never went back.

we
talking
like
this?
Anyways, I know carson honda can be stupid. They tried to sell me on a 06 civic si
for my s2000 by saying it's more rare and is a better car for me. then when i asked
what i'd get for my car, they said i'd have to add a few thousand to keep my
payments the same. riiiiight
