Next weekend Mazda is having their national seven stock meet in the parking lot where we usually meet.
Cars & Coffee has been moved to Rancho Carrillo, a small private community off the Ortega Highway. They have been nice enough to invite us in for the day.
The road in is a 6.5 mile, freshly paved, 2,400 foot elevation change, private road. This road was the inspiration for the Mazda Zoom Zoom commercials.
There is a $10 cover charge per vehicle that includes the car show with raffle tickets and prizes so wash and detail them up before Saturday. Cars will be parked on the grass.
Also included is the coffee.
I'll be running my video recorder the entire way.
The event sponsors apologize for the lack of timed stages.
We will be meeting up in front of the Ford Building where Cars & Coffee is usually held. The star marks the spot on Premier Place. Be there by 6:20 AM and we will be leaving promptly at 6:30. Zoom zoom.
We will do breakfast afterward at Pacific Whey Cafe in Ladera Ranch.
