wassup, i got a carpool ticket in my bimmer a while ago. On top of that the po gave me a tint ticket. do i have to fix the tint and get it signed off before i show up for court? should i fight the ticket? my court date is 6-12, in santa ana.

The tint will have to be removed and signed off by the CHP before court. As for the carpool tichet, if you were alone and got it, LOL.

I got a tint ticket two years ago on my BMW, and it was just a fee, not a fix-it.

Yes, get the ticket signed off and don't bother fighting the carpool ticket, it's not like a speeding ticket as there are no grey areas, either you did or didn't travel in the carpool lane, so just suck up and pay it. Ask for traffic school so it doesn't put a dent in your record.
