wow.. you guys got all the symptoms down, could be anything that is listed.. it sounds like something electrical though. Just follow all the wires from the coil packs, and check fuses, and the ecu

well i'm glad to say i fixed it! it was a ground wire, the one thats between the block and firewall. started right up. thanx for your help guys i feel like a tard that i didn't remember to hook it, although it was under a bunch of cables and i took off the head 3 1/2 weeks ago.
