timing belt/chain could be on wrong, could be on the wrong stroke. make sure your getting fuel, make sure your getting spark and get back to us.

checked tje coils/wires/plugs twice almost certain its not them only other way to be more certian is to pull one out to see if its sparking, i can smell fuel when i pulled the plugs to check them so i think its getting the fuel.
i thought it was a bad timing chain setting but i pulled it and checked it, also rechecked the valves, b/c if there tight it wont want to start.
the ground screw behind the block, did you mean the one thats under the vtec solenoid???
and yeah i made sure i have gas in it, i checked like 80 million times just hoping i forgot to fill it up or ran out. lol.

i will check out the fuel and ignition/spark much more in detail tomorrow, thanks for all the advice so far!

No ... there is a ground that screws into the backside (closest to the firewall) of the head . You would have unscrewed it when removing the head.

i pulled the cylinder one spark plug and hooked it up to the coil pack and wires, it showed no spark, checked cylinder 2 with the same results im going to trace the wires back and see what i uncover...

^but! if this ground that i forgot is the problem i could be good... i will get right back to you on that...
