Default Car stolen insurance options

Sup S2ki! My daily driver 01 Honda Civic was stolen 2 weeks ago from my house. It was parked in the street i had my alarm and car lock on. Longs story short cops found my car 2 days later in san fernando valley close to where the auto junkyards are. I was told my car was sitting on blocks missing rims, interior parts seats, panels, stereo, steering wheel, etc... i dunno if any missing parts from engine. I was called by my insurance State Farm insurance. The insurance adjuster leaves me a message yesterday saying that my car can be repaired and fixed as new and replace all the missing parts. Long story short I dont want this car anymore and want to just get rid of it and take cash. 1. Is my car a salvage but theft recovered vehicle title now? 2. Can i refuse getting my car repaired? 3. If my vehicle has a salvage title is this the same as a total loss? what options will i have? 3. I have no idea if parts was missing from the engine the damn insurance adjuster just mentioned interior parts seats, panels, stereo and speakers, and rims were stolen? 4. How do i get my insurance to just claim this car as a total loss and just pay me out Kelley Blue Book value for my car? I know I have alot of questions. But your input is helpful in this situation.

Ask for that adjuster's boss to call you and talk about the issues or questions that you have with the car. Also if the insurance company fixs the car what kind of warranty do you get with the car after all repairs are completed.

Only if they pay you out for the vehicle will they total it. If they were to total it, it would have a salvage title regardless of why it was totaled. I just dont see how they can replace ALL those parts that are missing (even used) and still not total the vehicle anyway, especially when you include all the labor etc.
