i wonder, if your friend initial next to crossed line? if not, your friend is eligible for full refund.

yes it is 100% refundable, without taking delivery of car the dealer has zero. Why did you not just pm me

I'm up in Canada in the middle of F-ing nowhere about 7 hours north east of calgaray in the Adamants... so it took me a while to ge to this

If she didn't initial the line, there's nothing to prove it was there when she signed the contract. They could have snuck it in afterwards. That's why it makes the contract voidable (not void, one of the parties has to want to void it, but clearly she does).

what if they damage the car? trying to remove/repair the car...
