Default cant get perfect UK spec alignment

I went to get an alignment at evasive motorsports and they said my caster on one of the front sides was maxed out (forgot which side) and couldn't get it to spec. But the control arms were intact.

Here is my data

FRONT
left caster: 3.90
right caster: 6.33
left camber: -1.05
right camber: -1.02
left toe: 0
right toe: 0
total: 0

REAR
left camber: -2.06
right camber: -2.06
left toe: 1/8
right toe: 1/8
total: 1/4

thrust angle: 0

which side is the bad side? and do u guys have any idea that may be causing this? evavise reckons its a bent knuckle. and will this adversely affect my handling? and if so, wat can i do to fix this?

Front left. The same thing happened to me: They weren't able to get more caster out of my front left. Generally, afaik, you want to max your caster for dynamic camber during turns or something like that. Will it adversely affect your handling? Probably not.

Although, did they leave it like how you listed? I think it'd be better to have lower, matched caster, than one being different than the other.

I think that's too much of a difference in caster. It shouldn't hurt anything but too much of a difference in caster between the sides will cause it to pull towards the side with less caster.

I have the same issue.... I'd pull em closer so there's less difference but like Vilstar said... I don't think it's going to be super noticeable or anything.

so what do u guys think is the source of the problem? the bent knuckle? cuz according to evasive, the control arms looked fine "visually". lol

I think that this can be a normal problem with S2k's (design flaw?) Because mine was the same way, and it had no accidents or anything?

Our tech Kel did try to max out the caster and was not able to get the desired caster spec. He thinks the most likely cause is the knuckle.

Its not to say that it may not be something else. The control arms seemed to be fine, we have seen some really really bad ones come through our shop. Though it is always very hard to determine which exact part is bent. Sometimes the smallest tweak cannot be seen visually.

If you would like us to take a second look at the suspension knuckle/arms give us all call.

edit: typo's

Even without accidents, harsh roads or perhaps the monster of all potholes/bumps can even tweak some items.
