Install is really easy. I just did mine this past weekend. An extra hand isn't strictly needed, though it is handy for getting the top on and off. As far as the hardware and everything, you should be able to get that on in an hour or so with only a few hand tools. I'd offer to help, but I'm going to be out of town this weekend.

I've never done the install before but I'm going to order one shortly from Matt at Honda World. I'll probably install it myself if it isn't too hard so I'd be happy to help you out but I have no experience doing it. Looking at the instructions it doesn't look to hard but if you need a helping hand let me know.

hey, is this the correct instructions for the 2002 hardtops? http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000/s2k2top.pdf

do i really need to follow all those steps?
Those are the correct instructions, and it's not as difficult as it looks. Half of the instructions just tell you how to take off the three body panels (on each side) that you need to get access to where the brackets attach. As long as you have a phillips screwdriver, basic socket wrench set, and a hammer, you'll do fine. Only thing left I have to do for mine is adjust the fitment, since I just put the top itself on today.
