He probably will have a harder time paying stuff when he lacks transportation on top of other things.
I'd personally have taken him to civil claims court long ago, but that's just me. None the less I wouldn't even be rude to the guy, as stated business is business and it wouldn't make me even angry at him. I'd just sue him and get on with it.
Collateral would be a good measure though.

Jay - you will probably get a decent tax return seeing as how you'll qualify for earned income credit (and no, I am not taking shots at you). Seems like that will be an optimal time for you to pay me off. Agree?
