I don't know jay and would never want to, he is a scammer and deserves everything he is getting in this thread.
I offered my opinion to the OP on his problem, and I have every right to. I would accept nothing other than cash from jay, period.

End of the year update: It has been about 3 weeks since I last heard from Jay. I've sent him several PMs and text messages and he hasn't responded. Obviously he is doing everything he can to avoid paying me the $700 due. If it was only a hundred or two I would forget about it. $700 is nothing to sneeze at. The time has come for me to confront him in person...
