Jay: At this point I have two solutions to resolve the debt you have with me:
1. What items are you currently trying to sell? If they are worth what you owe me, then you could simply give them to me and we could squash this.
2. Tax return time is a few months away. From all that you have stated thus far you haven't worked that much this year and will probably quality for the earned income credit. If that is the case, you'll probably get a few thousand back on your federal income tax return. Simply use that return to pay me the $700 still owed.

I think he just means this involves 2 SD members, and they have a relationship with both Justin and Jay. Hope things work out soon, since I know Justin to be a good guy and seller, and Jay to be a good friend. I know he has messed up BAD, but hope he can right his wrongs with Justin, and in any case, just keep in touch with the seller, even if he can't pay that week.
