by being a public menace dont you think that puts you then to the bottom of his list? as opposed to keeping this a private matter? i agree its not right and im sure you have been patient, but this only makes matters worse and its not entirely his fault product was let go without payment and he fell into hard times. You have alot of suggestions here, and lots of repeat opinions im sure. how about locking this thread already since no good is going to come out of it?

This is such a distasteful episode. Simply put the buyer is a turd. The seller was not to smart giving up the product without getting paid.
I think the buyer should be banned here and the thread closed.
Even without a signed agreement I would take him to Small Claims.

hmm

This really is a sad situation, honestly his hard times sound like they really suck, I'm sorry to hear about them. HOWEVER the fact of the matter is he should stay in contact and like I said pay $10 bucks if he has it. There's nothing shameful about doing what one can to repay a debt.

yep, shows good intentions and should have been done A LONG time ago... but if it were me in this situation i prolly would have said "screw it" since this is just a public attempt at humiliation.

but of course, i pay for my items or i dont get em. and i dont send anything out until payment is cleared. back to square one....
