Haha, what do you know. I have PM's from Jay as recent as yesterday trying to buy my BB AP2 bumper for $250. He wanted to meet up ASAP. That is very shady! That wont be happening until this man is paid.

So, Jay wants to buy a steering wheel for $550 and a rear bumper for $250. That's $800 right there that *should* be going to me. This doesn't account for the money he intends on spending on stereo equipment.

Receiving stolen goods is generally buying or acquiring the possession of property knowing that it had been obtained through theft, embezzlement, larceny, or extortion by someone else.
seller still owed someone money. I don't think anyone would consider the item
stolen just yet...
Certainly it's kinda gray... If it were me, I wouldn't buy it... And if I did I would certainly
NOT give the money to the old owner; the seller would not be obliged to give me the
item in that case (his personal debt not-withstanding).
Hopefully Jay will show up and resolve everything. In the meantime, I don't think
pushing him into a corner is going to help things...

Again, look at what Jay is doing--instead of repaying his debt to me he is out trying to buy new items.

And keeping the status of the sale on the hush is not going to help things either.
I'm just saying, ok, the thread is here. Let's wait and see.
I, for one, am optimistic.
