between the berk HFC and a berk TP?
It sounds like hes saying between a tp and a berk HFC. Maybe I read wrong?
ohh.... and btw... we need to do a little run to settle some old bad blood. The car isn't having the issues it was back in the day It's in for some last minute warranty fixes before the factory warranty is up Milage is 35992
I'm happy to say a 04 Cobra got SMASHED on last week by yours truly which before they were barely pulling on me... no longer an issue. However a Supercharged Z06 KILLLLED me a last weekend after our Hood vent meet, with like 4 witness off this site.. Impressive Vette had to be putting down like 800whp+ That thing LAUNCHED away from me when we were already rolling a little under 100mph.
Anyway, I think test pipes are well worth the risk is what I'm saying. Just an opinion.

I'm fresh of a Ferrari F430 kill. So yea I am game. LMK. Too bad the track day is canceled this month, I have been turning down every race. The Ferrari was able to push my buttons though. He started it.

We have no State Refs right now.......
I got pulled over and ticketed for speeding a few days ago and for the first time, the cop didnt care about my mods. I say run it, I think they'd rather try and ticket u for a moving violation at this point.

I hope so! lol. Thats what I heard and from my experience this past weekend it seems to be true. Cop could have gotten me for the turbo, exhaust, no front plate and he heard my blow off valve but didnt do anything related to mods... Hmmmm...

Just get a high flow CAT. Berk makes it.
Had the test pipe and switched to the high flow cat, just couldn't take the smell anymore.

you will never get or find the right answer about test pipe about how much does the ticket cost.
as for HP yes i notice mine after install of my berk..
and as for the smell i cant smell it anymore. seriously i cant smell it anymore. remember i have been running it for at least almost 2 years.

HFC is not a testpipe nor does it give the same results from my experience. The most restrictive part of a exhaust BY FAR is the cat. By removing that your doing WAY more then larger size diameter pipes or a better bent pipe.
TESTPIPE FTW.
Getting caught with a test pipe = take test pipe off and pay 10 dollars. I've already had a modified exhaust ticket and it was a breeze. I didn't even take it off, a random cop just signed it off for me a few days later.
IDK about BERK tests.... perhaps their HFC are great... from the actual dyno sheets I have seen myself the results were much more then 1hp. I'm sure if you just put it on or take it off the 1hp might make sense but when your able to TUNE with the free flowing that could yield more results. Perhaps that is the difference I've seen idk. I'm not a tuner. I just know what I've seen is more like 5-10bhp and that's significant as far as I'm concerned when your talking about such an easy part to change.
