There's an easier route, where you can do all the courses at a community college then transfer out of state. Cheaper and you will still make alot of money.

My dad told me if u and your wife don't make over 150K. Your life will always be a grind and never be WELL-OFF.

Pharmacist is a great job but very tough schooling. Salary can be as good as $80+/hour. Be prepared for additional 3-4 years of college and very tough classes. Doctorate level bio-chemistry for one. It is also EXTREMELY competitive at admissions time.
In my opinion, not a good idea for a career startover/change.
Of course, if I could do it all over again I would have gotten a Masters in Viticulture from UC Davis. Then I would be spending my career tending to grape vines and sipping wine. Such is life I suppose.
