AP1 probably needs 4.57 or 4.77...AP2 needs 4.3 or 4.44...wonder if anybody has done testing with either one at other tracks.
I bet that would be fun! I'd allow a company to use my car for testing as long as I was the one driving it
Another way is to swap diffs with Bosco and then do a back to back test at Buttonwillow during a test day.

the 4.44 didn't help much in SOW either...

will AP1 diff fit on AP2? I think it will involve a lot more work to swap over..

If someone have a 4.57 that wants to swap with my 4.44 we can have it test for a day...

(I have a ap1, my sn's ap2 was sold years back)

AP1 with 4.57 is effectivly AP2 gearing except with a better 5th.

Stock AP1 gearing is better for SoWS and BW

btw, I just found out, how come the other Jon is not listed in the competition??

and anyone know if ap1 and ap2 diffs are interchangable? I'd be down to do some testing if we can simply swap diffs!!

So what laptime potential (if guys like Charles, Maxrev, Jaku drove it) do you guys think a stock AP1 with 205/225 16 inch Star Specs has? No aero, no coilovers.

I was running a lot of new gear, so it was more of a shake-down day than running all out. And then combined with r-comps, I wasn't in the street tire running.

I should hope so! Otherwise all that Trans-Am racing will have been for nothing.
