Coming home from ★☆topdown☆★....

I see Blue/Red flashing behind me. I had been doing 50-55 in a 50 zone,
and slowed down for sprinklers.
However, apparently construction (since when is construction happening
at 11:30 at night?) brought the limit down to 35...
