Nothing new, Many the prisons from Mexico south are much different. They are more like villages with walls. They have guns, drugs, women, tv's etc. You can even bring your family and open a business. In Mexico you have to pay for your jail cell, blankets, food, medical care, etc. if not you sleep outside and pretty much die.

Crazy huh.
