Default Best Fitness place for friend and I

Best friend with cancer some of you might remember, me signin for the possible liver transplant, didn't have to happen thank god. He got it removed, we'll see if he can beat the bad odds. He's incredibly aggressive now about making the best of his chances.

I talked him into moving from seattle down here to cali. He works out 6 days a week and is a health nut now. He's asking me where to sign up down here and wants me to join him too. Looking for a good deal, large gym with good free wieghts and lifting machines etc.

ideas... deals?

McKinley Exit off from the 91 In corona.

THx much!

Yup, go with 24hr. Their equipments are generally newer (at least in all the places that I live/lived).

Talk to the advisor and you may find good deal. Tell them your suitation too and I am sure they will help out.

too bad most of the promotions for 24 are over. They had killer deals right before new years.

dunno what's out your way, but I'v been looking in my area:
1. LA fitness is the most expensive. Not as crowded as 24, but the ones near me were older than the 24s.
2. 24's were cheaper, looked newer than LA fitness, but were way, way more crowded. They didn't even try to soften the blows, saying to stay away during peak hours.
3. Bally's was the cheapest, the least busy, but had the least am't of equipment and classes.

all had pools, b-ball courts. la fitness had racquetball.

Interstingly, we're probably gonna join the Hilton - it's the cheapest, cleanest and prettly close to us.

Hope that helps!

There is a 24 hour fitness right off McKinley.. you can see it from the freeway.. I work out there sometimes..

There is a LA fitness right off Ontario (from the 15). Its newer and has nice equipment. Pricer tho.

Ballys off McKinley. Its a dump. stay away..
