An old friend of mine took me to one once--there were some pretty hot girls serving drinks as I recall: short skirts, tattoos, long black hair, umm...
And they served a green drink made out of avocado, mmm....

I know it's not in the 949, but Tea Station in Life Plaza near Nogales is a great place. There used to be a place in Irvine right across the street from IVC called Valley Cafe that was pretty cool, but I think it has closed down.

Valley Cafe is replaced by Lollicup and serves pretty good drinks too.
