Osborne hands down. I've driven them all and this one is the best. Best part about it is the almost non-existant traffice at night.

From W.LA -
take 10 west to pch, drive pch to topanga canyon north, half way up turn left on old topanga, take old topanga to Mulholand, make left on Mulholand and drive 15 miles till you hit Kanan, make right on Kanan till you hit 101, take 101 to Santa Barbara (other option is to stay on Mulholand until you reach the end on PCH and take PCH to Ventura, take Rosa to 101 and head to Santa Barbara.
