At this point I wouldn't recommend doing anything to your neighbor since it can escalate things. I know the natural reaction is to retaliate, but it's not worth it since you have proof of him doing something now. Anything done to him by anyone here would make the situation worse off for Jess and Anleth IMO.

for all the people that have suggested physical harm, property damage, or intimidation as a solution...
why don't you guys all gather at the same time and inflict the "remedies" that you suggested...that would be better than suggesting a girl to do it...
