seriously...somebody would be in the hospital right now if I was in your situation.

It just sucks things like this can't really be handled legally.

I agree and hear everything that you all are saying. Deal is we need hard evidence of him doing something on camera or an eye witness that does not personally know me or anyone in my family. This is what has kept us from getting any legal help..........until now.

Let me fix the story a little since Anleth just filled me in on what exactly happened. When they both pulled up to the light- Anleth waiting to make a left and the mustang waiting to go straight- both guys get out of the mustang and go towards Anleth. Anleth locks the doors and the neighbor takes a rock from the ground and throws it at the S and runs back into their car to drive off. Anleth is oblivious to the fact that they just threw a rock at the car as his focus is on almost hitting the car in front of him. Little did they know that the car behind Anleth was actually a car belonging to a company, which will remain nameless. Anleth called that company to see if any of their employees had witnessed the incident and turns out.. someone did. Cops are informed and now we're waiting to hear back......

what's your address? Would suck if someone (a complete stranger) actually drove by your house and accidentally happened to throw a hard object at your neighbor's car.

A webcam set to record on motion (software is FREE), and one of
those motion-detecting flood lights! I think I suggested this before,
but I'm going to again.. I used one and caught VERY interesting
footage. Your neighbor can complain all he wants about you putting
up a camera--so long as you are pointing it INTO his house, you
are good to go.

If you catch him hitting the car and leaving, you might have a hit & run,
which gets serious consequences!

Don't play dirty, or aggravate the guy (flipping him off was probably
not a good plan). If you have done everything nice and fair, he'll
have nothing he can say against you if it comes to a trial. If you
act out, judge/jury will see you both as unruly children. You don't
want that.

Anyone see Pacific Heights?

YES I am looking into getting a webcam, especially one to record on motion, soon-- big thanks to Tony. It really sucks that this guy has really pushed us to spend our money to set up cameras. I guess it's always good to have that camera for security anyway..

Aloha
