sounds like you need to team up with your neighbors and get this guy out of the neighborhood..

i remmeber something like this happened at my buddys house and his neighbor got into a arguement with some guy down the street...

and the guy down the street brought his buddies to confront him at his house..

everyone in the neighborhood heard the arguement and saw he was in distress..and they all walked out with their shotties...straight up...(granted they all had licences...)

lets just say the guy down the street..never showed his face again..

but based on your incidents with this guy..he sounds like he would retaliate...so make sure all your neighbors get in with you on this..haha

Even if Jess were to report to the insurance company I bet anything the neighbor is gonna make matter worst. I rather have the authorities step up first to take action then bring the insurance company into the picture since you'll have a report to back it up
i am going to disagree heavily.

authorities will not do anything, can't arrest him, can't fine him...nothing.

insurance will report to HIS insurance company regarding the accident and his RATES will increase.

i'm sure having his insurance rates increase is going to make him think twice about damaging other people's property.

and if he does it 3 times? his license will be suspended. and if he drives on a suspended license? his car will get impounded.

bag party him.

place a sheet or plastic bag on his head then every one beat him with bats or battons.

=)

I also suggest purchasing claymore mines, front toward enemy.

You should report to authorities.. they wont arrest him or anything but they will take down a report which your insurance company will use.

the police can help in obtaining the man's official name if you don't have it already, so that the insurance can report it to the correct person's insurance policy.

if you have separate incidents of him hitting your property with his vehicle...that's even more insurance rate hikes, and with 3 at-faults, his license will be suspended.

forgive me for being too rude or blunt but i think you're allowing your neighbor to do this. I mean lets think about this legally you cannot get him to pay for any damages done to your vehicle.... he will continue to do so unless you make it aware that consequences do happen. You let somebody run over you a few times consider yourself road kill. Some people my find this method as adding flame to the fire but these type of people dont fight back when you slap them hard once. Good luck

+1 for Wylin's answer. Funny how the law seems to often fail when the offender doesn't give a crap.
