If your parents asked you to go on a date with the daughter of their friends, would you take it? Classic description of the girl from the parents: She's very pretty, respectful, went to a good school, come from a good family background, well-cultured, etc.

Sounds like my type of girl but I feel like this is something straight out of Asian(specifically Korean) drama series where you are expected to marry the girl already

however, parents definition are very different than today's views. when i used to watch asian tv with them, we'd have disagreements on which actresses were prettier.
