If you don't have a history of this and are considered a good customer try calling or visiting your branch. They should take care of you. Next time get OD protection.

I got charged OD fees by the bank because of a double charge years ago from a company by error.

When I called the 1800 number for wells fargo, they wouldnt budge at ALL! They are true A$$holes there!

When I went to my branch, they took care of it ASAP! With a smile
