Hey guys!

On the last run we thought up the idea that we should have a late night run. 9KTACH had mentioned that he knew a road where we could leave in the evening, drive for a couple hours, have a good dinner, and drive back. It seems that this would be best to do in the summer while it is still warm.

My question for you guys is who would be interested in going if I set this up in the next month?

I haven't washed my car from yesterdays stupid rain, but I'd like to meet up. Any night but Sat is good.

Im going to be out of town this week. But I was thinking the first or second weekend in aug. Friday night would be best for me.

The summer night run sounds great! Barrett Junction Resturant is the place I had suggested to eat. They have a nice fish fry meal (also other items). I don't believe they are open at midnight, ha! ha!. But I will try and get their business hours, then post them.

Barrett Junction Cafe (619) 468-3416, out old Hwy 94. Mon. - Thurs. 11AM to 8PM, Fri. - 11AM to 9PM, Sat. - 8AM to 9PM, Sun. - 8AM to 9PM.

On the way back there is a border patrol immigration check point (if open). No biggie, always waved through in the past.

Perhaps a sunset drive out and a night drive back.
