That's pretty hard, if you want to share a room. (b/c your roomate is probably using it already.) You might need your own place if you want a garage. Garages are HARD to get in the OC.

I'm not looking to share a room, but maybe rent one in a house or condo. I've been looking on Craigslist and such, but I figured having another S2000 owner as a roommate would be nice.

Looking to rent for 3-6months until I can get settled down and purchase something for myself.

In that case, you can rent anywhere and have a garage. Most 1BD and 2 BD Apt/condo only has 1 garage and 1 carport.

I'm looking at a move in date around April 1st, I'm actually down here on business for the next week and a half. I'm willing to spend upwards of $1200 for the right place, with the right people.

You can get a nice one bedroom in irvine for about 1520 a month. I am in Quail Meadow APTs. One car garage, washer and dryer in unit, gym, 2 pools. Very Quite.
