Anyone from the OC / Irvine / Mission Viejo Area?
Whatsup guys. I just accepted a nice job offer in the OC area. I'm 100% for sure moving to the area within a wk. Basically I'm relocating from the Palm Springs area, so I'm leaving all my friends and family .. . . and starting life I guess. : )
Is there any meets or car hang outs going on the Irvine area (Mission Viejo?)?
Basically I'm going to me a s2k loner owner till I make some friends. . . LOL . . .
Where is a nice place to meet the 23 and under crowd?
I'm kinda bummed that I'm moving away from everything and everyone I grew up with, but I am excited to start my career, life and meet new peoples.

I'm kind of a n00b myself, but I also live in the MV area. the only regular meets I know of are the Saturday morning ones at Crystal Cove in Newport with a bunch of crazy ass cars and Dreamcation's upcoming dent day.
as for meeting people in the 23 and under crowd, I wouldn't really know, cuz I'm 25
ok rly...there's a few spots at the spectrum and stuff to hang out at with friends, but not really sure where's a good place to meet people...hopefully some of your coworkers will be cool enough to show you around town

Hey welcome aboard! There are meets every now and then. Now that it is summer, I'm pretty sure the monthly pizza/beer meet will return. Also if you feel like driving a bit, try some of the Inland Empire meets; I know there are a few that go on every week or so. If not, just visit this site frequently, there are bound to be meets that come up randomly.
