Anyone here work for a T-mobile?
Hello everyone,
I wanted to upgrade my phone and saw that T-mobile was offering the Motorola Zine for FREE to new customers... Since I've had my phone for 2+ years now, I figure why not upgrade. Called to upgrade and they said it would cost me $150+tax before $50 rebate. At this point I'm like WTF - I'm on their Unlimited Loyalty plan and have been a customer for over four years now. Why the hell aren't they offering ME the free upgrade and instead vice versa?
Anyways done with my rant... just want to see if anyone works for a T-mobile and can hook it up.
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Jeff

ok i worked for t-mobile for 5 years and about to be back with the company so here's the scoop....
most all companies have gone away from giving free phones on upgrade !! the zine even though it isnt the newest phone is still gonna have a price since its a high end phone, we used to be able to make more changes in the upgrade system before they changed some things around...
now even a saves (retention) upgrade would get you maybe 100 with a 50 mail in, just call customer service and say your thinking about canceling cause you dont like the priceing that is available for you !!
