I currently have 2 phones with Sprint using a Family Plan. One of my phone is a Blackberry Curve 8330 and the other is a Palm 750. I no longer want data on my plan as neither my gf and I use the Internet on our phones often enough to justify paying an extra $50 a month.

The deal is when I called in to change the plan they said I have to change out both my phones because both of them require the data plan to work correctly. I know people who use these phones without data so I am pretty sure that's BS, but I don't know if that's complete BS they are trying to feed me or if their hands are really tied.

So yeah, please confirm if you do work for Sprint, because if this is the case it'll be cheaper for me to just cancel and go with Verizon or something.
