I'll try to get a name for you tomorrow when my bookkeeper comes in. He was a tall, young Asian guy who was really out of it and lazy -- borderline rude. My wife said the guy who helped her out a month earlier was sharp.

I have some complaints about T-Mobile dealers.

1) I purchased a phone (Nokia 3350) because it was the first to come out with video. Menu's were great, I loved everything about it except for the size and the keypad. I never really got use to it and could never text without looking. I went to one of those ''asian places'' and on my phone I received a nice little suprise; JDM $$$$$$! There was a picture of some fobby chic performing oral to some dude. I went back and demanded a new phone. And the mail in rebate they offered (not T-mobile) never came. This place is in Hacienda Heights right next to barber shop and Karate studio on the corner of Newton and Hacienda. Never go there! And to top off the horrible service and the used phone with JDM $$$$$$, the guy had stank breath.

2) Recently I had to get 4 extra phones, T-mobile charged me $250x3 for security deposit even though I've been a customer for years and I have great credit. Then I find out someone messes up and that money never goes to the security deposit but it credits my account. I call them to let them know and they assure me the credit has gone to the security deposit. Today I get a nice fat bill for $250x3 plus activation on 4 phones, plus airtime = Charge of over 1k

Other than that, switching over the business phones from Nextel (whos coverage sucks lately) will save $250/month. Reception is good for the 626 area, but im experiencing more dropped calls with my new Samsung D415

I have a SKII and I want to throw it against the wall everyday.

The thing crashes on me to the point where I cannot recieve calls or text messeges (it's important for my job), and the only way I can actually find out if it crashed is to make an outgoing call (thats when it freezes), so then I have to reset it. So now I have a small habit of reseting my phone every now and then.

I'm looking to stay with TMobile though, I like it and have no real problems with them other then with my phone, and their horrible voice automated customer service thing.

Can anyone get deals on an unlocked/unbranded Treo 650? I'm looking at one of those very soon.

I hate those voice activated things, most of the time I just press 0 to get transferred. The good thing is, they are 24hrs so I can call at midnight and you don't have to wait for a rep.
