Is there a formula or trick to answer these CCNA questions?

I don't even understand this question:
The IP address is 180.25.21.172 and the subnet mask 255.255.192.0,
What is the subnet address?

Any this is suppose to be an easy one....

If you don't like subnetting maybe you should look into something else. I'm not trying to discourage you but it is important to enjoy what your doing.
