NBC4 pays $240 and asks the technician what they did. "Oil change, air filter, fuel filter," the technician tells the undercover producer.

That's pretty bold of the mechanics not to do the service. I mean, Jiffy Lube's shop layout is so open; you can watch what they're doing from the waiting room. I do!

I haven't been to Jiffy Lube for nearly 2 years (recent DIY-er). The times I went to Jiffy Lube seemed fine -- no complaints. Of course, I was watching them do everything.
