Hey man, if you want to smoke, fine with me. But I'm with everyone else who hates people who throw butts out the window.

yea, i was driving at an intersection and my friend who was smoking threw his cig out to the side, when i looked back i saw a bike cop right where he threw the butt, i told my homie theres a cop and he said he never saw him, well anyways, i knew i was gonna get pulled over, so the light turned green and as soon as i stepped on the gas we get pulled over, he gives my friend a ticket for littering, i dont remember how much the he paid for the fine exactly but it was around 350 bucks.

I HATE it when someone tosses a cig out the window and it hits my car!
Suck it up, pay the fine and dont toss your cigs out of your car. It doesnt matter if you were parked, you would have done the same thing if you were going down the freeway!
