Sounds like fun. Might show up with my short guns.I live right down the street from Firing Line. I have'nt been there in years. The kind of stuff I like to shoot really limits where I can go. Now I mostly go to Burro Canyon or Lytle Creek . Much funner and when your cool with the range marshalls they let you rapid fire and you can basically setup any kind of target you want. I've seen all different kinds of produce, cans, bottles, clays, stuffed animals and my favorite bowling pins being blown up . I was fortunate enough to be able to get my ar15 before the ban. My Remington 700pss is by far my favorite to shoot. Anyone seen the Movie Shooter yet? What are your thoughts about the movie?

You can (kind of) get an AR - there's a company that sells the lower receiver with a FIXED 10 rd 'mag'. You can then build yours around that. What I did was buy a Kel-tec which uses the same mags as the AR - works out well as I have pre-ban AR mags.

I'm hoping to get in a combat shotgun course (and a handgun one too)- any recs? I figure I'm not gonna get attacked by a bullseye target, so mine as well learn how to do close quarter combat...
