I recently had a little fender bender, and got my car back recently. Theres been this annoying metallic tapping sound coming from the right rear of the car like something is loose or broken. This sound happens when I go over bumps on the street. Its totally fine when it goes over speed bumps, and when I drive on decently smooth streets. I got curious, and took off the rear right wheel to see what was up. I found that the plate thats right behind the rotor was bent inwards twords the rotor, and couldnt find anything else wrong (then again i am a bit of a newb). I bent the plate back a little so it wasnt interfering with anything else. The sound didnt dissappear though.


I apologize if I shouldnt be posting this here, but it is so frustrating. Ive taken it back to the bodyshop where I got it fixed, and they said they didnt find anything wrong with the car. I would appreciate help from a fellow s2k driver who knows our cars better. I will buy dinner for your help in fixing my s2k.
