So, the manager at Worst Buy clearly demonstrated that he doesn't give a crap about you. And joeLTron has noted that Worst Buy corporate doesn't give a crap about you. So why not take your money elsewhere?
Went through something similar with bb when my good friend purchased a new tv and some other stuff. They screwed up on a delivery date of 4k worth of electronic/home entertainment equipment. In the end they were like "oops" our bad we dunno what happened and the manager was a douche. Wouldn't do anything to try and comp or help my friend out since she took a day off work and waited for them to come. Based on her inventory sales sheet, she spent 20k in the last year at BB and this 4k purchase would have put her at 24-25k within a 12 month period. She ended up just returning the 4k worth of stuff and telling bb to shove it. Purchased her equipment elsewhere and has refused to buy stuff from bb since. They lost a big customer cause she's pretty loyal to places that offer good service, wide selection of products, good prices etc.
Reported it to corp (which didn't do squat) and customer service/complaint/satisfaction survey or whatever. They were a bit more helpful.

Wow...so the consensus is that BB service basically blows LOL. I went to the BB in Glendora and they took care of it - no coupon drama, no power tripping, just straight up customer service. I'll be reaching out to corporate anyway to complain about the two knuckleheads at the West Covina store.
Had pretty decent luck with BB corporate before - got a $100 gift card from them for a delivery/installation mis-communication issue for a $220 dishwasher that I purchased.
Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah it really depends. In my days, I jumped through hoops for every customer, even delivering and installing home theater systems for them using other employee's cars (nothing would fit in the s). Usually the smaller stores will take care of you better than the bigger ones. Each store is different, even though they share the name.
