there is nothing fraudulent about this at all...

just because you dont use ur insurance to fix it... The title is still technically clean!!! The car isnt though....

I've had 3 vehicles that have had some kind of damage.....

all 3 show clean titles, Carfax is a joke.

My highschool friend said (being serious) "I found a 64 impala, $1500, complete, all there, CLEEEEAN, Burnt to a crisp"

How the hell is clean & burnt to a crisp in the same sentence? lol

Maybe the burning cleaned off all the rust/bad paint job it had on it before
