Default "ALMOST PERFECT"

if you hit a wall in a MY06 S2000 still under factory warranty....wouldnt you call your insurance company?

This guy says "do not want to repair" and the car has a "clean title".

If insurance pays out as a total it goes salvage right?

almost perfect s2000

by not contacting his insurance.. it keeps the title clean. some people will wreck a car like this.. fix then sell and carfax wont know a damn thing.

this is called fraud.

thats why i always say... buy new.

There is nothing fraudulent or illegal about doing that, but morally I could see how you would make a case against it. Thats why just because its a "clear" title sometimes doesnt mean you arent getting a car like this. You could smash up your car in your garage, fix it, and no one would ever know...
