yeah sprint's billing sucks fat ones. 4 days after I got my service they shut off my service saying my bill was late. I called and after listening to a machine for 30 minutes, I finally got a hold of a human being to clear it up.
With the exception of the phones being extra-cool, I was so much happier with Verizon.
