You need 15, 16, and 18 for sure. Don't know about 17. Probably 24 also, but of course you can call and confirm.
This will keep you legal in CA *and* cover up that thing on the nose at the same time. :-) The indent doesn't look repairable and I don't think you want to go through the hassles of replacing the bumper since you just got it. Did the seller send pictures of that, btw? If not, you might want to follow up with them. If it wasn't there in the pics, then maybe it happened in transit (transporter guy didn't judge the distance between your car and one in front of yours on the rig?) and maybe that was why they wanted you to take posession of it at 11:30 at night, in the dark, where you couldn't see any damage.
Or just put the plater holder over and call it good. :-D
