Okay I need everyone's opinion. I just ran a CARFAX on the CR and found this:
Accident reported
Involving underbody impact
with a median safety barrier
Vehicle towed
Damage reported to:
Rear of vehicle
Underbody of vehicle
Is it worth even worth my time now? I mean, it's not too late. I still have time to walk away. If the under body was damaged, that's really not good.

No way to know unless you have a body shop check it out for you. Dealerships usual farm out frame work to local body shops, although *some* do have body shops in house. If the driver high-centered it on a parking lot curb at like 2mph (I know someone who did that in his S), such a thing is very fixable. But if it actually climbed a concrete k-rail barrier, I would be more than a little concerned. Without details of the accident (maybe the driver just jonesed a turn onto a divided road at low speed and landed him/herself on a median curb with little daisies growing out of it?) it's hard to say. I'd be concerned and probably keep looking. If you have a daily driver, wait for the right deal. It's not a trivial amount of money that you are spending, after all.

It two months after the owner got it and supposedly there's no structural damage. Would the dealership fix that?
