Okay, after almost a year, it's time to change up how things are done (anyone want to help with a new name for this meet?). Instead of meeting at a darken parking lot (ah Best Buy) or a place where we get harassed (thanks Starbucks!), let's make this meet legit.
From now on let's get together, eat and have a general good time.
Let's meet July 11th at 7 pm at the following place:
Ugly Roll Sushi
11128 Palms Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90034

Haha hey this is Dan, the guy who switched out the wheels for Gabe. Glad you're enjoying the car!

for_my_s2k: So, this may seem like an odd question, but how do you see the evening playing out?
Like, for instance, everybody meets in the parking lot between say 7 and 7:30 then we all wander in and get some sushi and hang inside until oh, I dunno, 8:30 or so? Then maybe move back to outside and chat with any of the later arrivers until 9 or so? With an end time of...?
I only ask because it may not be clear for others who are driving in from a distance and might want some idea of what to expect. Some might be thinking you are planning a mostly out-in-the-lot kind of thing with occasional visits into the sushi place or Burger King by folks as the mood strikes (and you might be thinking exactly that; I don't know). Others might be thinking there is no specific end time and may show up at say 9:30 and well, we might all be gone by then, which would suck for someone driving in from a distance.
